Erica was born in Merced, CA but was raised in Mexico. She returned to the United States when she was 11 years old. She struggled with her English but has risen above the challenge.

She has continued her education with a focus on obtaining a BA in Business Administration from CSU Stanislaus. She is the assistant for the Children and Families Commission and serves as the main contact for the Commission Office.

Erica is married to John Inacio and they have one child, Jessie Jonathan “JJ”. She enjoys watching JJ and Johnny play sports (soccer, football).

In her spare time, Erica enjoys decorating and the outdoor activities, such as camping or landscaping.
